On 23/03/26 between 12:09 and 12:26 we experianced disruption on our core network due to a router failure. This will have caused network instability affecting access to some remote networks whilst routes times out and the network automaticially reconverged. Our engineers continue to investigate but we do not expect any further disruption.

On the 15th August between approximately 16:15 and 18:30 Datanet’s network suffered a failure which caused packet loss from some external networks.  As of approximately 16:15 on 15/08/2025 an interconnect port to one of our peering partners was dropping a significantl number of inbound larger sized packets.  This affected traffic/applications using larger payloads and only…
