Broadband Services Outage
21/08/2024 15:08 – We now believe the issue is resolved and our systems are operating normally.
However if your broadband connection is failing to re-establish this will most likely be resolved by a power cycle of the router and/or modem.

21/08/2024 12:27 – Our upstream provider has made progress in replacing the failed chassis and many users connections have re-established.
However if you are still experiencing issues reconnecting, please first power cycle the router and/or modem.

21/08/2024 10:52 – Our upstream provider has confirmed that the outage is due to a hardware chassis failure. Replacement hardware is now on site and engineers are working to complete the swap out.
21/08/2024 10:20 – We’ve identified an on going major service outage with one of our broadband connectivity partners, preventing certain broadband connections reaching us.
We have escalated the issue to them and they are working on a resolution.
21/08/2024 09:00 – We’ve experienced an issue with our broadband platform last night which has left a number of users disconnected.
Due to a high volume of calls, we ask anyone with a line that is currently down to e-mail details of their broadband line to support@datanet.co.uk for further investigation.
We can use details such as a username, phone number, company name, post code or IP address to identify the line.
