ThinkOn is where data thrives – a Canadian company providing data services in the UK from racks managed by Datanet in the Ark data centre.

ThinkOn have been a client of Datanet for about five years, they provide a range of data and object storage services here in the UK, they are a premium Veeam partner and also a Pinnacle Partner with Broadcom (VMware). Recently their engineer Omer has been here in the UK installing their latest Hitachi storage. Omer pops over (from Canada) once a year for the major upgrades, the rest of the time the Datanet engineers help to keep it all running smoothly.

Omer, do you find the Datanet on-site engineers helpful? “Yes they accept deliveries, unpack and help with installations, do all the remote smart hands, look after me when i come over from Canada. I don’t know how we would manage without them.
